A new cryptocurrency , they had increased there reqrd to 96 TXC coins / block so it may be useful in future.
What is IXC:-

Ixcoin is a peer-to-peer currency based on Bitcoin with a shorter maturity. Peer-to-peer means that no central authority issues new money or tracks transactions. These tasks are managed collectively by the network.

Mining:- i will not suggest solo mining but if u still wanna do it then d/l Guiminer from the op and You will just need to change the miner's default RPC port to 8338.

Best method :- Simply Goto CEX.io , register and buy some GHS , and rest the site will do it for you
